hsbc payment gateway

Hello

Hika shop is best of best before time i use virtuemart but hika shop convert me to this thanks for that.

i want to use HSBC payment gateway in my sites now a days i testing it. i enable HSBC CPI on my site

homes.ebazr.com

when i configure it i add the require data like merchant id and CPI store key

after that when i do checkout it give me error "HSBC payment notification refused" while order is successfully placed

so plz give me some help

Hi,

In the notification email that you receive, it also tells you the reason.
For example "Invalid processed Hash" or "Invalid store id".
It's usually that one of the settings of the plugin is not correct so I recommend you to look at the notification email for the exact error and then double check the settings.

i enter data correctly then also

in that when i trace then "$_POST" is come blank there is no any value come while i enter that data correctly

i think you have to check HSBC plugin because when i trace it at that time the value of merchant data is not come or its come wrong with store front id also i think it come vice-versa so.

one more thing i notice when it check this condition at that time
if($_POST != $this->generate($vars, $element->payment_params->cpihash))
{}

it always come false because every time value of both of that come every time difference so it give the "Invalid processed Hash" error

if you want my FTP detail then i can also give you but please fix this issue for hsbc beacuase from that i have to develop 4 to 5 website with hsbc payment gateway

So plz help me..

Hi,

The plugin is working fine for everyone else using it. The "Invalid processed Hash" error means that the hash calculated with the information you entered in the plugin is different than the hash sent by hsbc so for security reasons, the order confirmation is rejected.
ou should contact hsbc and confirm with them that the information you're entering in the plugin is the correct one. There must be something wrong with at least one option.

thanks for your help

when i enter the store front id and Merchant data then it comes wrong

like when i enter store id in CPi Store key then this value come in merchant data. while when i enter my merchant id Merchant data then the merchant data come in storeid like that

so when the hash is generate it generate wrong.

so can you plz check it for me what is problem in that. if you want my site or FTP detail then i can give you but plz help me on that.

Hi,

There is nothing to check in the code of the plugin. FTP details won't help. The plugin IS working.
As I said, if you get that error it means that you're not entering the correct information in the merchant number and the CPI store key fields. From the documentation:

Merchant number : The merchant number that HSBC should have given you. It's a 13-character string in the form of UK12345678CUR.
CPI Store Key : Put here the Key Store you should have received from HSBC. This is a 32-character string with letters and figures.

Please contact HSBC to confirm these values. I cannot tell you myself if they are correct or not since I'm not your bank.

it give me help for merchant data and store key

i select USD currency while in ac we have GBP so after select that my error solve
