some users don't receive the mail for activation

Good Morning,
i have installed Jommla 2.5.6 - Hika Shop 1.6.0 in www.fasciatoio.net/index.php
the Joomla's registration form it's OK
the Hika Shop registration form it's OK, but it doent's work (it doesn't send any mail) with mail as *@alice.it and *@libero.it

What can i do?

Hi Enrica,

HikaShop sends confirmation emails using joomla.
If emails are not sent, maybe that's because you changed the email settings in Joomla ? Or something changed on your hosting company email server.

but it work with *@alice.it with Joomla (standard form registration)

it doesn't work using Hika Shop's registration

i know..it's strange...

what do you think about it?

Do you mean that it doesn't work with some email addresses, but that it works with others ? In that case, it means that the emails go into the spam folder of your email client.

Sorry Nicolas for my replay retardation...
but you have understand RIGHT...some email adress, only some doesn't receive...but there is NOTHING in spam folder....

:(

Then maybe your email server is blocking these addresses. You should try to contact your hosting company about that as they are the ones handling your email server. So they should be able to tell you if they block some email addresses.
