No payment adress if there are no costs

If there are any costs, the shop don't have to display the payment adress.
Because we have some free products oder 100% coupons.
Then it don't make sense, to display to the user the payment adress, but only the shipping adress(es).
How to?

I think that you can hide your billing address fields with some CSS rules, but I don't think tht it's possible to do it regarding your product type.
