Coupon not working

Hi,

I have a simple coupon set up for all categories and all products, but it does not show upon checkout. I am using version 1.5.2.

Please advise.

I have added coupon before and after login, trying to get it to appear:

cart_coupon,login,address_shipping_cart_status_fields_payment_coupon_terms_confirm,end

But it doesn't appear in either location. See also attached for other coupon configurations.

Hi mrdan,

The coupons needs to be entered in an input field in the checkout.
With your checkout workflow configuration, you should have the coupon field displayed.

For the coupon configuration, for the categories you have to select the "Product category" category if you want to have all the categories selected.

I have enabled all products for the coupon as you have stated, but the coupon field still does not appear.

What am I missing?

Your checkout worflow seems to be correct, can you give me an access to your website ?

Corrected, I think that you had edited you coupon view, the html had been broken.
I have copied the last version of the coupon view.

Can you tell me which file this is?

The file is "product / coupon" in HikaShop > Display > Views.
