Changing the style of the 'Download' title

Forgive me if this has been covered before.

Is it possible to change the styling of the 'Download' title that appears when i offer a free download for digital products?

What i would like to do is make the 'Download' title more prominent, so as to draw attention to itself. I've pasted the section below, but for the life of me i can't find the relevant section in the main CSS file.
