Partial user import from VirtueMart

The site I have been working on for a while is almost ready for launch. The old site was a VirtueMart shop and it has been running during the development of the new site. When I started I imported from VirtueMart without any problem.

But now during the time new customers have been added to the old site and I now need to import them to the new site.

Is there any easy way of doing it or is it purely a MySQL task?

Do you mean that it would only add new data and skip users and products that already are in Hikashop?
