Adding a title on my category module.

I'm not sure i'm editing the right category/module, the site is http:/www.uk-leds.com if a link would help.

Just I want the text Categories above the first section.

Indeed you're probably not editing the right thing. The category display you want to modify is a menu (with the id 172).
Try to find this menu in your menu list (Display>Content menus) and you should be able to do what you want

Thanks for the reply, however whenever i go into the menu there isn't an option which i'm aware of for putting a title on the module, here is what i see:

Look at the Page Heading option in the joomla's menu page, it's where you have to specify your title

Brilliant i now have a title, however the title that i've chosen isn't what is showing (it's showing Product Categories) where all that i put in the box is Categories, any clue why?
