Edit user details in front end

I have added a custom field to the user table and this field is required.

For old customers that have registered before this field were created, they have to go in to their profile and edit it and add the information in this custom field.

My problem is that when clicking the link "Edit your profile" nothing happens, page just flashes and nothing more.

Hi,

Can you enable the debug mode, and see if an error message appear ?
When pressing "F12" and clicking on "Edit your profile" do you have errors in the console tab ?

I tried to add a custom field on the table user on my end, and when I click on "Edit your profile" it's working fine.

I tried this first on my dev server, that my host still has at PHP5.2.

Site is also in a dev area at the customers host and they run 5.3 and there is works!

So problemm solved.
