I have successfully setup( i think!) shipping to the UK and the Europe Zone. I now need to setup shipping costs to the rest of the world but unsure the best way to do this. I went to config, zones, new and created a new zone called "Rest of the World" and then saved it.

I then went in to add the countries as sub-zones but this is where im not sure if im doing the right thing. Do i need to add all countries except European ones and the Uk because im not sure i would be able to recognise every single european country! Is there an easier way to this or do I need to go through everyone and check manually?

Thanks

Dave

Hi,

I think the best way is to create a new zone and add all the other countries as sub-zone.

Thank you,

so just to confirm i need to work out all the non European Countries and add them as sub zones? If so maybe in your next version, a useful feature maybe to add a blacklist option so i could add all the countries with a click and then add the European zone to the blacklist.

Thanks

Hi,

You can easily add all the countries as subzones of a zone. In the subzones selection popup, filter the listing by country type, increase the number of elements per page to the maximum and use the global checkbox to select all of them at once and click on ok.
Finally, just remove the countries you don't want from that zone and save.

Hi,

I tried this technique but even if ALL is selected in popup it only shows 100 so there are 3 pages to scroll through. Unfortunately all settings apart from those in view are not saved.

Any suggestions?

EDITED

OK - my mistake - was in shipping and not zones. Same problem but in zones you can add more than once.

For the subzones selection, if you select 'all', you should get 500 results (that's what we have on our end) and there are less than 300 countries, so you should see them all in the popup.
