Access level based on form results

I am building a site for a Naturopath and we want to restrict access to certain products based on answers provided by the client in an online form (after registration).

For example, if the client answers "YES" to "Do you suffer from high blood pressure" they should be AUTOMATICALLY assigned to a group that does not have access to certain products that could be harmful. ie. I want a script to assign them to the group.

Is there any simple way to do this?

Hi,

In HikaShop, you can restrict the access to a product depending on the user group.
But you can't assign a client to a group after a question, I think that you can find an extension to do that.

A bit overdue but I'm finally cleaning up some of my old topics. I did find a way to assign users to a group automatically by creating a medical questionnaire in Fabric with a php script assigning user group based on the form results that runs on form submit. It was actually surprisingly simple at the end of the day. In my case it is not linked to registration because the user can choose to complete the questionnaire any time after registration.
