How to solve different urls with same content?

Hi,
I have a problem recently.
I want to show my products list directly by joomla menu item,so I create a parent menu item titled "joomla parent" and a child menu item titled "joomla parent".
By the meantime,I create two hika content menus "hika parent category" and "hika child category" with product type,they are sub-relationship.
"Joomla parent" to "hika parent category",with "all sub elements",so that I could show all my products in "hika child category" and other sub category,
"joomla child" to "hika child category",with "direct sub elements",only show the products in "hika child category".
That's my trouble.
The product's url in menu "joomla parent" will be "joomla parent/product/12-".
The product's url in menu "joomla child" will be "joomla parent/joomla child/product/12-"
But in fact,they are the same product.
So what can I do with this issuw?

If you have the same products in your 2 mennu, I think that you'll just have to use your parent category menu.
