unable to register new user

i have tried numerous things to fix the problem of new users not being able to register.

the message I am getting is: 42 ErrorFailed to update contact: COM_CONTACT_WARNING_SAME_NAME

I have set the site config permission settings to allowed, but that didn't work either.

I hope someone has some ideas! Brad

Thanks Nicolas....I read the link you sent and disabled the contactcreator...problem gone, hopefully doesn't affect anything else.....thanks for developing this product!
