Sorry but there is currently no option to do this in Hikashop, however you can do this with some custom code.
Maybe a developer would do this, it's not a very big deal .

Hi,

You can edit the view "product / listing" to add a dropdown with the different values.
Then, onChange event reload the page with different parameters to change the display type depending on the value chosen in the dropdown.
