access levels

I have a hikashop business and have products with two prices each. One price is for all to see, the second (lower) price is for professionals to see.
I have set access levels to "all" for the higher price.
I have made custom access levels for the lower price. The custom access is allowed for super user and for Pro group.
I have made a group in my user manager called "Pro" and have people added in this group (enabled and activated)

However, when I click the product when logged in as a pro user, I still see only the higher price.

When I first tried to give different access levels it worked.

What have i done wrong?

Your configuration seems to be ok.
I just tried on my end and the two prices are displayed.

Which version of HikaShop are you using?
