Hi,

1. what is the purpose of confirm.php view ?
because it is fully empty file.

2. if we can setup something inside, wouldn't be to review the complete checkout data typed/selected by customer ?

3. if yes, why is it empty ? how to load other views inside ? my first try was with cart view and getlayout didn't work :(
I don't want to load other views after this one, but INSIDE this one in order to customize the layout render via CSS and PHP. Like "if confirm > cart layout = 2 so use different css class"

i don't think it has to do something with template, as i'm in administrator site (so back end) and directly under component Hikasop > Views > checkout > Confirm.php the file is empty... by the way, even the original file from hika team is empty :)

so till now nothing on the front end. back end template is the default one by Joomla team :)

Hi,

1. It's a view file for the confirm view of the checkout. The confirm view of the checkout does not display anything, it's normal that the file is empty.

2. For that you can just adapt your checkout workflow. Just add a final step with the cart, the address and the status views for example.

3. It's a logical step, not a displaying step. you can't do hikashop_getLayout of the cart view file because it won't have everything loaded properly.
