Hi,

1. You should add that CSS in the front end CSS file of HikaShop via the Display tab of the configuration:
.hikashop_subcontainer{ height: 240px; }

2. For the product image, that's not possible. The listing is displayed by Joomla and you can't make it display the product image thumbnail.
For the link, that's because you need to enter an id of a category listing menu in the menu option of your product/category search plugins and that will change that part of the URL by the alias of the menu.
