Image not working

www.therollerskate.com/photos/product/547-carousel

My image is not loading. The original image is 121kb, 1200 x 795. It's not loading at all on the regular shop page, and when the "carausel" link is clicked, it shows a pretty small pop up, definitely not 1200 x 795.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

The image path point to the file "/media/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnail_198x300/carousel2web_1690696028.jpg", check if the image is present in this directory.
You can change the size of the images in HikaShop > Configuration > Files & Images. Try to change the value of the image sizes and add it again in the product page.

They will be resized, and displayed in the new size set.

That folder doesn't exist. Why is hikashop making a thumbnail link to a folder that doesn't exist?

That's because you have updated HikaShop and that you had edited the view file displaying the image.
Because of that, you didn't get the new code of the view to handle the new thumbnails folder structure.

So you should try to revert the file "show_default" or the file "show_block_img" or the file "show" of the view product to fix that (it depends on how you changed the code and for which version, so I can't see the exact file).

I edited the view file? I have no idea when or how I might have done that. How might I revert that file, and more importantly, figure out which one I need to revert?

Go in the menu Display->Views. There search for these view files and if you have a bin icon on the "remove customization" column, it means that the view has been edited previously. You can click on the icon to remove it.

Alright, thanks so much for the help. I was able to find the extra view deal and remove it, that fixed it up. Thanks so much.
