checkout: custom fields in address displayed

Hi,

once again my custom fields (regarding address) are displayed...till now it was working well.
Now i update hikashop component and i have this issue once again, But i don't know if it is linked to new version of component till now.
By the way, Hikashop is a 5 stars component... very good work.

in fact i created several custom fields which depends on 1 field: type of entity (individual or company)
if user has selected "company" in this case 3 other fields should be displayed. This works great till now...except during checkout process.

when customer has to create an account (if he doesn't have one yet) the dependency doesn't work.
all dependent fields are anyway displayed...even if user selects "individual" for the account type.

I tried to upload the new version "com_hikashop_business_2.0.0_2012-11-11.zip" on 2 different severs and every time i have the same error message "There was an error uploading this file to the server."
nothing changed on those servers as for other components and modules or even plugins, everything works well.
