Make the Hikashop categories the Joomla categories

How to Make the Hikashop categories function like the Joomla categories ? For example, I have categories "Country", "Crystal" and "Classic" categories in HikaShop. I don't want them to show in the main menu, but I want them to function like the Joomla category, since I have a very nice plugin, installed in my premium template, which works only with the Joomla articles, categories and two other Shopping Cart categories, but it doesn't work with the HikaShop ones.

So I need to know, is it possible to make for this plugin "think" that HikaShop categories=Joomla categories ?

You'll need to modify the 3rd party plugin or module to pick up HikaShop categories (or hire a developer if you are not a programmer).
