Shipping Adress not showing on checkout

the shipping address in not showing at all in my ckeckout and i have one manual shipping method enabled and the programs displays shipping method not avaible.

i fixed it it was the weight of the product i did not put any. Can i ignore the weight? or do i have to put it on all the products? in previous versions if i forget to put the weight nothing happens but here it does not display shipping address
