Email notifications about PayPal orders

Hello, I have noticed that in PayPal payment process admin receives an email notification when user created an order (but not paid yet), but doesn't receive a notification when order is paid. Order status is changed to confirmed, so it means IPN works well. However, I would like to change the notification workflow in such a way that notification to admin is sent when order is confirmed (paid), but not when it is created. Is this possible to configure? Hi,

The order when the status change is sent by default in HikaShop. This email is not based on the payment method but on the order status.

If you want to disable the order creation notification email, you need a commercial version of HikaShop.

The main problem we're having is that a notification is NOT sent to the admin after the order is confirmed (after a payment is completed in PayPal) but is instead sent ONLY when the order is 'created'. I want to know why after the payment is made we do not receive an additional confirmation e-mail about the order status being changed to "confirmed". This problem only happens when user pays through PayPal but does not happen when accepting payments through Authorize.net (where we receive both e-mails about the status being both created and confirmed). What do I need to do to also receive e-mails about the order status becoming "confirmed" after a PayPal payment?

The problem has been resolved. We did receive the emails, they were just getting into spam folder.
