Shipping item too big for UPS??

Hello,

During checkout, the shipping says, "The cart items combined weight is too big for all the possible shipping methods."
I have the manual shipping working fine, payment method, but UPS shipping is giving my web developer and me a headache. Tax is only needed in Texas which we have working in the test page area...
I have been trying to get my website running for 6 months and running out of time..

Hi,

Can you update HikaShop with the latest stable version (2.0). The UPS has been updated.

I see that one product have a weight of 10 kg.
The UPS plugins call webservices and gives the order information (products with size and weight). Depending the UPS services selected (ground transport, by air, etc), the package dimensions and weights are not the same.

But before checking it, I think that the best is to update HikaShop and if the problem persists, a screenshot of your plugin configuration and some products information (size, weight) could help us to help you :)

Hi,

That error message could come from the manual shipping methods, not necessarily from UPS.
The best is to temporarily deactivate the manual shipping methods. That way you will have the error message coming from UPS.
If you still have the same error, please make sure that the weight and dimensions of your products are correct in your products.
If you still have the same error, please provide a screenshot of your UPS shipping method options (hiding the sensitive information) and give the weight and dimensions of your S107C product.
