{hikashop_social} instead of buttons

Hi, approximately half the time a product is listed, the text {hikashop_social} shows up instead of the like buttons. What could be done about this?

Sure, but there is no point anymore. I noticed that it had something to do with cache, and came to the conclusion that it was because of the templates built in cache. So I disabled it for the entire site, and now it works. Didn't get it to work when trying to exclude just the social plug in from the cache. You wouldn't know what to enter in the exclude box in ja purity 2 template, would you?

EDIT: I simply entered component=com_hikashop in there and now it works
