Hi,

Can I create and attach a different product page style (layout) to different products?

i.e.:
Product 1 -> style 1
Product 2 -> style 2

Kind regards,
Maurice

Hi,

You can configure the layout for :
* Your store (in the HikaShop configuration)
* All products in a category (in the category edition)
* For a specific product (in the product edition).

The option is called "Layout on product page".
For products: www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...form.html#additional
For categories: www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...form.html#additional
For configuration: (tab) Display / Default parameters for products / Layout on product page.

Hi Jerome,

Thank you! I found it, thanks to your description.
I see three layouts: 'default', 'reversed' and 'tabular'. Is it also possible to create more of these and how?

Kind regards,
Maurice

Hi Jerome,

Already found it. FOr those who are interested:

Go to Display -> Views -> and find the following:

view: product
file: show_default

Click on the file to open it.
On top you can give it a (new) name. It says: product / show_ fill in the new name, i.e. 'style_1.
Save it.

Now you have a new file whch you can select in the product properties.
Editing can be done in the HikaShop backend or via another external tool.

The file is located here: templates/<YourTemplateName>/html/com_hikashop/product/
