Pinterest Button -no images, ANYONE????

Please see link: juil.com/index.php/women/mesa . The description is fine, but there is no image shown. Can someone clear this up for me? Desperation is setting in. Is this a stupid question or is there just no support for this?

You can either update your hikashop or just replace the hikashopsocial file in \plugins\content by this one:

I also am having this problem. Using a recently purchased Essential version 2.0.0, uploaded the recommended fix, cleared cache, and still no images appear for pinterest. Not sure if it's related, but the Facebook like button does not show either.
Grateful for any direction on this.

Yes, Jerome, that's what I meant by the recommended fix, the hikashop_social plugin. I can give you a login to the site if you have a place for me to send it other than on this board.

The way I fixed it was:
1. Pinterest - make sure your company has a business account; business.pinterest.com/
2. Install the script tage. Copy and paste it in your index, or template file, as close to the bottom of your BODY tag as possible.
3. Get the ITPShare plugin, itprism.com/free-joomla-extensions/socia...ialmedia-multi-share
4. Install the plugin, turn on and configure, using the second part of the Pinterest code in the "custom button code"

This seemed to work for me, I disabled the button provided by Hikashop. I have not tried the fix since I already had the above in place.

I have installed the latest hikashopsocial_2012-11-15.zip

Is there anything else I should be doing to solve the problem

The new version did not work for me. I believe Pinterest changed their button code. Please review my solution above, it works well, and I like where it's placed on the page.

I have updated, removed, reinstalled, all to no avail. My pin it button continues to only grab my websites background I think, as it does not show a photo of the product but instead shows a small square the color of my background. It will not put the image of the product. Is there something else I must do to make it pick up product images? I would prefer to use the plugin which comes with Hikashop rather than another method. Please advise.

So after updating hikashop, this fix is no longer working for social plugin photo. Should I remove it? Was it repaired in the update of hikashop?
