Shipping based on cart price total

This is probably easy but I want to set up shipping based on the total price in the cart. For example if the total during checkout is $50 or less I want to charge $6 but if the total changes to something between $50.01 and $95 then I want to charge $15. I did not want them listed as seperate shipping methods that people choose between. I simply want it called standard shipping and it changes the price based on the cart total. Right now I can only get it to say $6 and when more items are added it does not change to $15.

I am sure this is super simple to do. Just not used to hikashop yet as I have recently transitioned from virtuemart. Loving hikashop so many thanks for a great product!


I thought it was SOLVED - The issue was I was naming all my shipping methods the same name "Standard Shipping" which made it so only the first shipping method was recognized I think. I have it working now based on weight but I think i am going to try going back to price and see if it still works properly.

*** Update - I am having to use weights because when I set it to only use price as described above it still does not work. I do however have it working now using weights instead but it requires me going in and setting weights for each product. Does anyone have hikashop working as described above?

To make it work, you need a minimum weight for your shipping methods, and a weight on your products.
Then set a different minimum price and maximum price for each of your shipping methods.

By this way, the shipping method will be selected depending on the cart total price.

You can name the shipping methods as you want, it should work.
