State not displaying for registration.

For whatever reason under safari and chrome the state is not displayed. On Explorer 8 it's displayed - although I am getting an out of memory at line 96 message.

Ideas?

Hi,

I resolved this. It seems it was because I had "Display Limited to <State>" selected instead of <All>.
Maybe I just don't get the reasoning behind the descriptions of the various configuration options but I
frequently find the description to be misleading.
