checkout order

hi,

i'm running the free version of hikashop on joomla 2.5,

here my problem :

when a customer goes to checkout, he is redirected to paypal. this causes an email send to him and me as an admin.

BUT if the customer does not pay right now, and closes the paypal window.

THERE IS NO WAY TO PAY the order afterwards !!!!

- there is no paypal link in the customer email
- if the customer logs in, goes to the order list, opens his order -> there is no PAY NOW button on his order !!!


how can this be !?! did i something wrong ?

so the question : how can the customer pay his order once he closed the paypal window after the checkout !?! is there a way to add a button PAY NOW !?!

Hi,

There is an option in HikaShop that allow to pay order which are not confirmed.
The customer as to go in his hikashop user panel, list his orders and ask to pay for his unfinished order.

in fact i needed to install the ESSENTIEL component now it is working
