Paypal orders

Hikashop 1.6

I have a small problem.
I use Paypal as payment solution.


My problem is that some users buy from my online store and when they get redirected to paypal the don't complete their payment.
So therefore I get a lot of orders where order status just says "created", and they have not been paid for.


Is it possible to fix this so that the orders only are created after the user have paid for the item ?

Hi,

I don't understand your request but a plugin may help you.
There is an HikaShop plugin named "order auto cancel" which could cancel orders which are "created" for too long time.

Note: This plugin require a cron task ( www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...ashop-cron-task.html )
