hikashop_checkout_billing_address_new_link -->> displays nuevo and i want it to display -- nueva dirección
i looked for it in translation but was not able to find it

Hi,

You just have to do a translation override on HIKA_NEW.
Like: HIKA_NEW="nueva dirección"

If it's used in another places, you can edit the file "checkout / address_view" and relace the text "HIKA_NEW" by what you want and add the translation in the language file.
The language file is in HikaShop > configuration > Languages
