Order Cancelled Email

Hika starter v2 joom 2.5.6
If the punter makes an order, goes to Paypal, and decides to cancel,
he clicks on the cancel link which brings him back
to my sites Cancel Page.
Nicholas is there a way to have an email sent automatically
to admin notifying that the order is cancelled?
It gets a bit confusing when you get an order created email
and nothing else...you either have to assume its cancelled
or go to backend to check.

Hi,

The "Order | cancel_order" action already have a parameter "email" which would send an "order_cancel" email to the administrator.
This parameter should be insert in the "cancel_url" of paypal if you want to send automatically this email.

My settings in Paypal Plugin are as screen shot.
The cancel page is just a static page.
Are you saying I should insert some code into that page?

Hi,

The order cancel mail, as Jerome said, is already present in HikaShop, but it's disable by default.
To enable this mail, go in HikaShop > System > Emails.

This functionality is only available in the business version of HikaShop.
