Thumbnails is checkout not showing

some of my thumbnails in checkout are not showing, when i look for the url in firebug it takes me to a directory that does not excist thumbnail_250x149 how can i fix that?

i´m going to reinstall as you told me

reinstalation did not correct anything

I did it nothing changed i tried it locally in my backup version, delete all the personalization but nothing happens it continues without displaying the image.

And the old images displays properly i think the problem is the images i create after actualization. I think the problem is that it does not create the thumbnails properly. Something similar happened with copuons discount calculation the old one apply properly the new ones did not until elliot fixed it.

I don't really know why it's not working. Because I tried to add another picture and it was working fine.
But with your picture, not appearing in the checkout and searching for a file in a not existent folder.

Maybe due to the image size, I tried to enlarge the image (width of 600) and upload the image again in the product page, and it's working.

So you have a temporary solution, I'm looking for a solution to this problem.

i´ll wait for final solution don´t want to change all the images in the article one by one.
but i tried to delete all images in hikashop product page and the reupload them and did not work, how did you do it?

I just changed the size of the main product image, with the id 0 or 1.

I just save the full sized image, then open it with Photoshop enlarge the workarea, save an upload it again in the product page. And a new thumbnail has been generate.

did it same problem, all the folders set to 0777 via putty, delete folders, and nothing fixed
