[SOLVED] How do I change the browser/tab title?

Hello every one,

I have got HikaShop set exactly how I want, however there is one small annoying issue - The browser title/tab title refuses to be re-named. I was wonder if any one else has had this issue and if so, how did you fix it (if you could)?

Right not the browser tabs always say "product category" I want to change it to say "well whatever I want really"

I think that what you need is in the Joomla Options.
In you menu item Joomla options, under the tab "Page display option", you can set the page title.

I'm having a similar problem...

The page title my site is showing is something that entered--though I can't seem to figure out where. It's not the menu title. The problem is the page title is the same for every Hikashop page...but what I want is for the browser page title to display the text I entered in the meta title field for each category/product.

I downloaded and installed the latest version of Hikashop this morning. I have caching turned off and I can't seem to get the page title to change.

Any thoughts?

I think that I have found the solution, in HikaShop > Configuration > Display, enable the option "Use menu name instead of category name for the title".
This option is too present in you menus parameters in HikaShop > Display > Content menus.
