Intuit Innovative Plug In Not Working

Hello Nicolas,
Thanks for making such a great shopping solution for my Joomla website.

I need help. I see the setup for adding a intuit payment solution is already in place with the Innovative plug in. The config seems very straight forward. Just enable, and enter username and pass. I have done this yet it is not working. I contacted Intuit and they helped me establish a "connection Ticket". Which I now have but I do not see anywhere in the config to add it. Am I missing something?

Hi,

I am sorry but there is no reference of "connection ticket" in the Innovative Gateway developer guide.
The plugin use the Version 3.0 of the gateway API, it just use a user and a password.

I have the username/pass in. For some reason it is not redirecting to a different page but rather just shows a small drop down asking for the credit card info on the page. Is there a setting that I am missing in regards to being directed to a seperate secure checkout page?

Maybe I need to update to hika 2.0??? If I do the update will my data stay the same like taxes, etc...??

Ok, I updated to 2.0.

I am still not getting redirected to a payment page. On the checkout page it is asking for CC info. Any suggestions?

Hi,

I am quite lost with your different messages. Too many questions !
"Inovative Gateway" is a plugin which ask for the credit card directly in HikaShop. It implements the "PostGateway" version of Inovative Gateway.

Ok. Here is my question that I need answered. Disregard the rest of the questions above.

I set up the innovative Gateway. Step #1 entered intuit username and password. Step #2 enabled the plug in. Step #3 I added a product to the cart and entered CC info. Step #4 not working.

Attached is a screenshot of what I see after I enter the CC and hit next.

Any suggestions on getting this plug in to actually work?

Hi,

Did you contact your technical support about your non activated account ?
Because, the error message that you can see at the top of your screenshot, should be a paiement plugin message.

Yes, I contacted Intuit many times now. They said that typically "plug ins" require a merchant #. They have not heard of a plug in that only requires a username and password.

If someone can help me I am happy to pay for the service. I have tried 2 seperate intuit merch

ant accounts in an attempt to get this going. Any help would be greatly appreceiated!

Here is a screenshot of how I have the plug in configuration..
(Of course I have triple checked the username and password for 2 different accounts that are verified as setup. I have just blacked it out in this screenshot for security reasons..)

Ok thank you for directing me to this test page. This helped me. It worked great with the test account information but is still is not working with our live intuit account. I have talked with Intuit many times about this and they said that it is possibly due to the account structure as they have different accounts.

Intuit asked if I could show them a website that has a working innovative plug in active and working. Is there any websites out there that are using this plug in? If so, can I see any example please?

Hi Adam,

We do not know who use the plugins.
I know that the person who have ask for this plugin use it and it works good for him.

About the examples, we made the plugin using the test account I gave you. We didn't have any extra information.
The version of "Innovative Gateway" we use just require a login and a password. That's the only thing that I know.
We didn't talk with Innovative Gateway, we just use their documentation and their test account in order to implement the plugin and test it.
