Can't view product page

Hi,

It's strange and I tried to search but didn't find the answer.

My shop is working fine but I can only view categories. When I trying to open a product, it always time out and can't see anything.

The category is:
www.challengemyreading.com/books/category/12-fiction

The product page:
www.challengemyreading.com/books/product.../category_pathway-12

I think this is due to a wrong setting but I couldn't find any.

Could you please shed some light?

You have a SERVER Error might be PHP related not sure, if you have access to your server login and see what error you get when you view the page within your server, search the net for the error code....

I can't access server now but I will check later. The weird thing is the categories can be opened without any problem. Is there any special requirement for product other than categories?

Not sure but i find i run into problems when i haven't set PHP 5.3 correctly on any server i use.. This may not be the problem.. The browser error does specify Server Error so simplest thing to do is have errors showing on server and view the page via remote desktop (in a browser window).. that should narrow the problem down!

Checked the log and it is another model caused the issue. Not sure why that not happened to other pages but not related to HikaShop.
