The word Registration in checkout form

I've looked all over for this, I am trying to change one word if possible but am unable to find it. When an non-logged in user adds something to the cart, they are presented with the form to either login or register. I would like to change the word Registration to Purchaser's Information.

I know you can change the main name of that form in the Languages file but I can't find where the word Registration is located at.
