How to add text in Categories listing page?

How to I add text on categories listing page before the category list: eulogiatest.hornetmarketing.com.au/buy-online
just something like "Purchase your Olive Oil and Honey by clicking on images etc..."

I inserted the sentence in core php file.

Do you know if there is any better way to do it?

You just have to edit the category "product category" (click on root to edit it) and then add some text for the category description.
In the module/menu parameter enable the category description.
