site migration J1.5 to J3.0

Hi

I gingerly starting on the process of migrating my site for Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 3. The reason for Joomla 3 is that by the time this is completed for sure it will be stable since this process is more like a site rebuild. HikaShop is my key e-commerce component so my question is can I import the data from my live site J1.5 to start testing in J3.0 - are the tables compatible?

Hi,

HikaShop uses the same package and same tables for Joomla 1.5, 2.5 and 3.0
(Same thing for HikaSerial and HikaMarket)
