How do I create a minimum order shipping fee?

I've created a Free shipping and a $5 shipping fee for orders under $65. Both options appear in the checkout however they are both listed as options for the User to choose and select during checkout. How do i configure the cart to automatically select the correct option?

Do you have set a minimum price for the other shipping method ? (free fee)

I did not. I updated the values for the free shipping and it's working now. Such a small detail - Thank you for the solution.
