Change the country & State

Hello,

In my hikashop in checkout i see first the state and then the country.
I like to have the country first and than the state (er no state at all)
I also like to start whit the Netherlands first, and than the others (PL, BE, GB, DL)
How can i change that?

To change that, you have to go in HikaShop > Display > Custom fields, in the listing you can change the order.
And if you click on the state, or country, you can change the default value.
