Condition vs. Cost

I have multiple items that are the same thing. The only difference being the condition of each item. How would I go about setting this up, multiple items or one item with variant costs? Is this what "Characteristics" are for?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Yes you can use the characteristics for that, create a new characteristic then add it to your product in the product edition page.
You will see a button "Manage variants" still on the product edition page, click on it and you can edit all your variants parameters.

Thank you for your response Xavier. I was finally able to figure it out, after a couple of hours. :cheer: I do wish that there was a tutorial that better handled this type of question.

On another note I am glad to report that so far HikaShop puts redShop to shame!!! I never could get redShop to work on either of two test sites, with errant lines of error code on both a simple proven site and a more complex site. A doff of my chapeau to the developers at HikaShop!!!

The one problem, and I do not believe it to be the fault of HikaShop, was just posted at RocketTheme.Com . My site can be visited here .

Just now I am trying to figure out how to across the board apply a box-shadow and border CSS statement to the generated HikaShop thumbnails. For that matter I would like to make them slightly larger. I tried using the settings in Configuration > Files but that caused the store add-on to crash.

My client has already indicated his preference to your product and will be purchasing the commercial product.

Cordially

Hi,

Sorry but the topic is "locked", when I tried to open it, I have a message:

You could tell us more about this post ?

About thumbnails, which configuration did you tried ?

Jerome,
The best I could do was to print the series of postings to a PDF file which I have attached. I believe the reason you were unable to access them is that you are not a member of RocketTheme.Com, as explained.

I know I have spent the better part of the day targeting CSS classes specific to HikaShop. It has been extremely difficult both in targeting and getting around the non-Responsive coding of some of HikaShop's classes. Please do not ask which ones, I did what I needed to do and moved on.
