Display / Change of Shipment Adress gone..

hello,

after a change in the flow of the checkout the display of the shipping adress
is gone... theres also no possibility to change it or type in a new one...

the "forced shipment without weight" Option is ON

whats happend ? and how i can solved it ?

when a user registered new - so it works again...
