Import products not possible?

Hi,

Should the product import function (csv) be available in HS starter 2.0 in Joomla 3.0.2 or do I have to purchase another version ?
I'm a newbie in HS so maybe the answer is simple.

Yes the product import is available in the starter edition of HikaShop.

Thanks for your reply. I've had a look a the link you suggested but still no luck.
Maybe the screenshot will help make my problem more clear.

I'm also a newbie using the free version.
I had both a tab separated csv file and a comma separated tex file, none worked so what I did was to paste in the text file where i had one column of all the product names into the field add products from textfield.
Like this:
product_name,price_value,price_currency_id
Bread,1.20,EUR
Coffee,2,USD
Beer,15,SEK

If you have the same currency on all products it's just copy and paste the two last values in every row (price_value and price_currency_id

After a lot of trying and searching for the cause I did a fresh install of te develop site and now the option is visible again !
It must have been something that was corrupt, faulty or anything else.

Thank everybody for helping me get to this solution, I knew that it had to be something on my side of the installation after your tips
