shipping according to the price

i would like to set the shipping price that if the order is under a certain amount they have to pay a certain price and otherwise it is free is that possible thank you

You can create a manual shipping method which will allow you to set the minimum and maximum price that the shipping method applies to.
For example, if everything $10 and under is $2 shipping, then you create 2 methods. One with max price of 10$ and set shipping to $2 flat fee, and another shipping method with min amount set to $10.01 and free shipping.
