Prevent the registration email going to SPAM

hi there,

I hope to how can I avoid the registration email from going to SPAM folder.

It seems in the default situation, the email will go to SPAM.

Hi,

Are you sure that they are not going to spam because you tried many account creation, so your mailbox take it as spam right now ?

You can maybe try to change the subject and the content of this email in HikaShop > System > Emails, edit the "user account" email.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I found it in the SPAM folder in the first trial. Then I use another email to register, the same thing happened.


Umm...looks like it caused by some other problems.

You said I can modify the "User Account" template? Which part should I change in order to avoid being trashed?
