I have an interesting situation:

My client wants a discount of 25% off on all products - simple enough. The catch is, once an item has been sold, it's price must go back to normal.

Here's what I thought:

1. Duplicate all the products and assign them to a special category
2. Apply the discount to only that category
3. Set the stock level/quantity to one

How would you do it?

You can set the "Number of times used" option but you can't have a limit per products, I think that the only solution would be to create ONE discount per products and set the "Number of times used" option to 1.
