change the display name of shipping+payment method

As the following picture shows, How can I modify the display name of the shipping and payment methods in the back end? (I hope to replace the English name with chinese name.)

The name can be change in the XML files of the plugins (ex: plugins/hikashopshipping/manual/manual.xml) and change the value between the tags "<name>...</name>".

After changing the XML file,

the name of the shipping plugin in the back end still remains unchanged.

Hi there,

Actualy once the XML is installed the name is stocked in a Joomla's table.
So the only solution for you is to look into the table joomla_extension or joomla_plugin, find the shipping plugin you want and change its name.
