Order table for custom field not there?? :(

Hi guys,

I have 1 website setup a particular way [ www.journey2.com ] for our Fulfillment Center to add a confirmation # and notes to an order.
I had no problem adding those 2 custom fields under Hikashop 1.5.x

The fulfillment center has been doing such a wonderful job that we have gotten them a new customer.

This new customer [ www.onecouchatatime.com ] also has a paid version of Hikashop [just like the 1st one did] and yet when I try to add the custom field in the backend
I don't have the option to add a field to the Order table...

I have checked documentation and no where does it mention that I'm restricted especially knowing I already have this working fine on the www.journey2.com website...

When I try adding a custom field and open the dropdown for Table - I only see: Address, User, Product, Category...

But I'm trying to add it to Order so that it shows up in the Orders page for them to see / add to in the Joomla Backend...
