Add same Characteristics to all products

Is there any way I can add characteristics to ALL the products in the database without having to edit each product?

I have imported from excel approx 3000 products (Aircraft Prints) which are organised into Categories and Sub Categories all are 24 inches and cost $70 each, that’s all good no problems.

I now need to have an option for each to allow for a 36 inch print costing $125.

What be the simplest way of achieving this, any help greatly appreciated.

There is not really a way to do that, but the easiest will be to export your products in a csv file, edit this csv to add the variants, then import it again in HikaShop.
