paypal plugin not receiving shipping address

Hello, I have configured the paypal plugin like so:

Address override No
No shipping No
Allow payment notifications from PayPal Yes
Send details of the order Yes
Enable validation mode No
Debug No

However, when the customer checks out, I do not receive their shipping address. I have disabled the address in the check out because I don't want them to have to type it in and I don't want to force them to register. I have read this for reference:

and still cannot solve the problem. The product has weight, and none of the lines of code listed in the forum are in my php file. I have attached the paypal.php file for reference. Please help! Thanks!

Hi,

Which address are you collecting if you disable the step "address" in the checkout ?
If they don't enter an address so you can't send it to Paypal.
